Sukabumi, ummi.ac.id – Dr Asep Muhamad Ramdan, S.E, M.M., Vice Rector I of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI), participated in the 9th Leadership Training organized by the Educational and Research Council of the Muhammadiyah Central Board. The event occurred from February 5th to 11th, 2024, in Yogyakarta under the theme "Strategies for Change in the Era of Disruption."
In this event, 46 leaders from Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah Higher Education Institutions (PTMA) across Indonesia attended, intending to enhance leadership capacity within the Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah Higher Education Institutions and shape leaders prepared to face future challenges, both internally and externally.

The Era of Disruption has significantly transformed societal systems and norms through profound innovations. This event allowed PTMA leaders to exchange experiences and knowledge with leaders from other PTMAs.

Dr. Asep's participation in this event promises to positively contribute to the quality of educational services provided to students at UMMI and beyond the campus environment. This aligns with UMMI's commitment to continuous improvement and its mission to provide high-quality education.
