Sukabumi, ummi.ac.id – Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI) and Yala Rajabhat University from Thailand have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in the fields of education and research. The event occurred in the A4 meeting room on Friday (16/2/2024).

Attended by officials from both institutions, the MoU establishes a framework for cooperation that includes student exchanges across all UMMI faculties, faculty members, and researchers. Additionally, it entails collaboration in organizing seminars, workshops, and joint research projects.

UMMI Rector Dr. Reny Sukmawani, M.P., stated that this MoU will create new opportunities for students from all faculties to gain valuable international experience and expand cooperation networks between institutions.

Meanwhile, Hasbullah Nadaraning, a representative from Yala Rajabhat University, expressed hope that this cooperation would enrich both parties' learning and research experiences and support the development of higher education in both countries.

This partnership is expected to strengthen the relationship between higher education institutions in Indonesia, particularly Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi and Yala Rajabhat University in Thailand while enhancing the quality of education and research in both nations.
