Sukabumi, ummi.ac.id – Marking the beginning of a new leadership journey within the student organization, the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) Chapter at Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi (UMMI) held a Joint Inauguration for all Chapter Leadership Executives followed by a Political Education Dialogue with the theme "Reconstruction of IMM Leadership across Sukabumi to Achieve Responsible and Militant Leadership Progressiveness." The event took place on Wednesday (24/1/2024) at the UMMI Auditorium.

In addition to the inauguration, the event also featured a political education dialogue with competent speakers, including Anjak Priatama Sukma, S.Sos., M.Si, a member of the Sukabumi Regency Regional Representative Council (DPRD).

Participants were invited to delve into an understanding of political dynamics, build critical attitudes, and formulate constructive ideas to face the challenges of the times.

In her address, Dr. Reny Sukmawani, M.P., emphasized the importance of the role of students in shaping leadership characters that are both integral and responsible.

"This dialogue is very beneficial for understanding how students can contribute positively to the ongoing political dynamics," said Reny.

With this inauguration and political education dialogue, the IMM Chapter demonstrates its commitment to producing quality leaders and students who understand their political role in creating positive change for society.
