Sukabumi, ummi.ac.id – The Indonesian Language and Literature Program (PBSI) at Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi (UMMI) conducted the 2024 Mini Literary Performance event featuring the Pesona Sinematografi through Short Films and Monologues. The event took place on Tuesday (23/1/2024) at the PBSI Laboratory.

This activity is an independent project from the literature specialization of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Program and serves as a form of creative development. This performance successfully strengthened the connection between the fields of literature and cinematography. Moreover, this Independent Project allowed students to express their ideas and talents through the 2024 Mini Literary Performance in the performing arts world.

The Chairperson of the Committee, Amelia Rubiyanti, explained that this activity is an initiative in the 6th semester of the cinematography course, realized in the 7th semester of the performing arts and literary performance course.

"We strive to present a literary experience through the lens of cinematography, demonstrating the dedication of literature students in exploring artistic expression through creative projects," she said.

Through the 2024 Mini Literary Performance, the PBSI Laboratory continues to serve as a platform for innovation and artistic expression in the educational environment.
