Sukabumi, ummi.ac.id – In an official ceremony on January 21, 2023, held at Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, Dr. Reny Sukmawani, M.P., the Rector of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI), was officially appointed as the Treasurer of the Forum of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah University Rectors. This appointment is a recognition of the role and contributions made by Dr. Reny Sukmawani, M.P., in education and the development of Muhammadiyah institutions.

The Forum of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah University Rectors aims to facilitate collaboration among universities under the auspices of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah in efforts to improve the quality of education and expand access to quality education for the public.

In his speech, the Rector of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY), Prof. Dr. Gunawan Budiyanto, M.P., I.P.M., as the Chairperson of the Forum of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah University Rectors, expressed hopes for realizing a shared vision in advancing inclusive, high-quality education based on Islamic values.

"This responsibility is not just about fulfilling administrative roles but also about making a real contribution to improving the quality of education and strengthening the quality of educational institutions under the auspices of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah," he said.

The appointment of Dr. Reny Sukmawani, M.P., as the Treasurer of the Forum of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah University Rectors is expected to bring positive contributions to the development and advancement of dignified, competitive higher education based on Islamic values within the Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah communities.
