Selabintana, ummi.ac.id - Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi (UMMI) through the Center of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah Studies (AIK) of UMMI held Baitul Arqom activity for 99 candidates of graduation of Wave II. This activity was held at Hotel Sukabumi Indah for two days, from Friday (16/3/18) to Saturday (17/3/18).

The purpose and objective of this activity is delivered by the Chairman of AIK Study Center of UMMI, Andri Moewasih, IH. MM., Which is to improve understanding and practice of Islam in accordance with Al-Quran and Assunnah.

The event was opened directly by the Rector of UMMI, Dr. Sakti Alamsyah. Vice Rector II was also present at the occasion.

In his speech, the Rector said that the establishment of Baitul Arqam is in addition to improving the understanding of Islam before the public university students also held this Baitul Arqam to make UMMI graduates having Akhlakqul Karimah and Good Interaction Ethics.

Various kinds of materials and activities carried out in this Baitul Arqom, such as reading and writing test of Al-Quran and practice of worship by the committee.

Hopefully with the holding of this Baitul Arqom activity can improve understanding and practice of Islam in accordance with Al-Quran and Assunnah, and the readiness of UMMI graduates to face the world of work and business world
