Auditorium, ummi.ac.id - Scientific Paper Writing Competition (Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah or LKTI for short) is held again by Biology Education Students Association (HIMABIO) as part of 11th AMPIBI (Apresiasi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi) event. It was held on Thursday, 22nd February, 2018 at the Auditorium of Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi (UMMI).

2018 LKTI has a theme of "Building Creativity and Innovation of Scientific Generation through Latest Technology for Living Environment". The goal is to improve student's contribution in technology, education, society, and environment in Sukabumi.

LKTI this year is participated by 6 group from high schools in Sukabumi. The competition gives the participants a chance to represent their scientific papers in front of 3 juries and audiences for 30 minutes. There are also question and answer session after each presentation. The juries come from lecturers of Biology Education of UMMI, they are Suhendar, Billyardi Ramdhan, Ardika Eri Triana.

In the end, SMAN 1 Cikidang is selected a the first winner of 2018 LKTI. The second winner is SMA Doa Bangsa and SMAN 3 Kota Sukabumi is the third winner.
