After payment of New Student Admission (PMB) and tuition / semester payments at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI) campus have used Host to Host (H2H) and Virtual Accounts, now UMMI's IT department has finished making a payment system for Middle Exam and Final Exam uses H2H as well, and this match still uses H2H with Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM).

The making of the alun for UTS / UAS payments is based on the need for the importance of an integrated payment system, because so far between payments, payment verification and payment data input to the Academic and Financial Information System (SIAK) UMMI campus is still done manually, as a result every time ahead of the UTS and UAS activities there is always a queue of students at Campus Bank tellers and also in the finance department of the faculty. In addition, the faculty's financial section is also busy because it has to serve verification and input data for students whose number per faculty is very large.

With the payment system that uses H2H and the Virtual Account, the queues of students at campus bank tellers and in the faculty finance department can also be reduced and even nonexistent, because UTS / UAS payments can be made from any bank and use any bank channel. In addition, the finance and finance department of the university also no longer need to verify and input student UTS / UAS payment data, because payment data from the bank has automatically entered the campus SIAK database and can also be seen either by the finance department or the student itself.

To make UTS / UAS payments using this Virtual Account, students are required to see the details of fees to be paid as well as the virtual account number in the SIAK account of each student. In addition there are also UTS / UAS payment guidelines from various banks and various types of bank channels.

Not Recommended Through BSM Teller

Especially for UTS and UAS payments this is not recommended through bank tellers, because payments through new bank tellers will be transacted to H2H after late afternoon until evening, so payments made at BSM tellers will not be immediately verified by SIAK UMMI Campus. This is a BSM mechanism that makes two special transactions for H2H.

It is recommended to use an ATM Machine or Mobile Banking

In order for the payment process to be verified by SIAK in realtime, all students who want to make UTS or UAS payments to process the payment through an ATM machine or Mobile banking.
